If you have a question about our Webrings program, we have an answer. If you have a question not listed, contact us.
| Q: | Can I have more than one Webring on my Web site? |
| A: | Yes, you can have multiple Webrings on one site, even if each Webring is from a different vendor. |

| Q: | How long do I have before I need to copy the Webring code to my site? |
| A: | You have five (5) business days to copy the Webring code that you received in email to your site. After five days, your "inactive" site will be removed from our database. |

| Q: | Can I copy the Webring code to multiple pages on my Web site? |
| A: | Yes, you can copy the Webring code to as many pages as you want to. |

| Q: | I'm having problems placing the Webring code on my site. Can you help? |
| A: | To install the HTML code on your site, you must use the EXACT code that you received in email. Copy (highlight the text, and press Ctrl-C on your keyboard) this HTML code from the email message, and paste (press Ctrl-V on your keyboard) it into your HTML editor where you want the Webring to appear on your site. Certain HTML editors such as NetObjects Fusion, Microsoft FrontPage, and other WYSIWYG HTML editors may alter the code, so make sure that this does not occur when placing the Webring code. |

| Q: | Why doesn't my site appear when I click "List all Sites"? |
| A: | If you recently joined one of our Webrings, your site may not be "active" in the Webring, even though you've added the Webring code to your site. In this case, we should be able to review your site within one to three business days. If you haven't added the Webring code to your site, your site will remain "inactive" in the Webring. In either case, after you add the code to your site, send an email to the to let us know. |
